Wheels on the Train, commissioned by Chase the Music and the Northern Colorado Concert Band, is a piece for concert band dedicated to Thaddeus Hofmann. Luka Vezmar (the composer) met Thaddeus as part of the commission and learned that he loved trains as well as the song "Wheels on the bus". So together, it's Wheels on the Train.
